During a period of global deep crisis, there are two aspects that make difference in the practice of job: Enthusiasm and Aggressiveness.
Enthusiasm for everything that surrounds us, for family, job, future. Enthusiasm to wake up in the morning and do something, to go to job, to create something better day by day. Enthusiasm to face life and not to hide behind banal excuses or complaints. Enthusiasm for the fact that our relatives, our child, our family, our own business and colleagues are the most precious things we ever had and we must fight every day to guarantee their peace, comfort and stability.
Enthusiasm to became aware that we are the master of our life, the chief protagonist in our book. We must not follow other people’s rules. We must make decisions in our life and avoid that others make it on our behalf. To reach this point, we need aggressiveness.
Aggressiveness in dealing with situations that come against us every day. Aggressiveness in tackling the world of work that it becomes every day more and more competitive and difficult. Aggressiveness to be aware that if we don’t act, if we don’t do something, others will do it for us and they will benefit from all those things that we could benefit us.
We must not be afraid to call a client, to knock on the door, to deal with an investor, to ask something to someone, to explain a project, to make a decision, to create and to dream.
This is our business philosophy and we will put into practice every day.
